Here we have the start of a new station called 'Upper Lyddle End' which consists of two models forming the main station building. These are the waiting room (N8717) and the main building (N8716). The waiting room is single storey and is built in orange brick with a grey tiled roof. The two buildings are designed to stand apart or together. In the case of the latter, an extra piece has been provided with N8717 to fill the gap between the two buildings caused by the overhang of the roof. The paintwork is maroon and cream suggesting a station on the London Midland Region.
