The 12-wheel LMS dining car was a late development by Airfix but not released in the Airfix range. The first examples were marketed by Dapol and it joined the Hornby range in 1999. This is the tenth version of the model produced by Hornby and it is numbered 'M233M' and finished in BR crimson and cream livery.
